 ries – help at one meet\, get a free entry (transferable to anybody) for
  next meet.\n\n\n\nEvent Day Schedule\n\n 	5:30 PM - Sign in and day-of re
 gistration opens\n 	6:00 PM - First heat of the mile.  Heats run slow to
  fast.\n 	6:45 PM - Sub 5-minute heat will start no earlier than 6:45 PM\n
 \n 	4 x 400 meter relay follows mile\, separate registration.\n\n\n\nMinim
 um age for mile: 7 years.\n\nHigh Performance: please contact meet manage
 ment in advance (30 days if possible) to see whether we can accommodate.
