 tions\, and course map\n3.5 x 2 card\n\n\n\n\nOur sponsor&nbsp\;Ivy Rehab&
 nbsp\;Physical Therapy&nbsp\;will be at the event.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nChip tim
 ing by Split Second Racing.\n\nPreregister.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;Limited to 200 Pa
 rticipants.\n\n\nEntry: &nbsp\;online fee is approximately $3.\n\n\nThroug
 h three weeks prior online only: $33 + processing fee includes&nbsp\;T-shi
 rt.\n\n\n21 days to 72 hours prior\, online only: $38 + processing fee rem
 ainder T-shirt if available\n\nWithin 72 hours - we switch over to the rac
 e day system.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nPreregistration encouraged.&nbsp\; Sign up at

 is on maintained natural-surface trails in the Institute Woods. The event 
 is open to all skill levels\, including those who wish to walk the course.
